In the matter of Suspension Proceedings against

W. G. Jury.

We the undersigned members of the Committee

appointed to inquire into the matter beg to report as follows:-

(a).

That the charge of acute alcoholism against

the said W. G. Jury has been duly proved.

(b).

That the said attack of acute alcoholi

was brought on by very heavy drinking and he was thereby prevented from completing the work he was required to perform and

which is set out in the formulated charge.

(o).

That no evidence was produced to support

the charge that the said W. G. Jury attampted to commit suicide.
